Bramley Apartments
Situated in Boston, Lincolnshire, Bramley Apartments provides specialist supported living for adults aged 18+ who are autistic, have a learning disability and may have associated complex needs. The service itself comprises four self-contained apartments, providing each person with their own home alongside personalised support to develop independence, confidence and everyday life skills.

Bramley Apartments provides a modern, homely environment where people can enjoy the privacy and independence of having their own home, while accessing support tailored around their individual needs, goals and aspirations.
Our approach
We work in partnership with the people we support, their families, advocates and professionals to ensure support is personalised, needs-led and focused on individual outcomes.
Our approach is centred around choice, control and independence. We take the time to understand each person, their strengths, interests and aspirations, and work alongside them to identify the right level of support.
Support is flexible and can adapt as an individual’s needs, confidence and abilities develop.
Independence
Having your own home can provide an important foundation for developing independence.
At Bramley Apartments, individuals are supported to build the practical skills and confidence they need to live as independently as possible. This may include cooking and meal preparation, managing money, attending appointments, developing personal routines, travelling safely and accessing the local community.
We use personalised support and positive strategies to help individuals develop their abilities, with the aim of gradually increasing independence and reducing reliance on staff support where appropriate.
Daily life
Each person has their own apartment, providing a private space that they can make their own and a place to relax, pursue their interests and make their own choices about how they spend their time.
Individuals are supported to develop an active and meaningful life both at home and within the wider community. This can include accessing local amenities, developing social and communication skills, exploring volunteering or other meaningful activities, and building confidence to take part in the things that matter to them.
Located in Boston, the service provides opportunities to make use of the local community and develop greater independence outside the home.
Accommodation
Bramley Apartments is a four-apartment supported living service. Each apartment is fully self-contained, with its own front door, bedroom, lounge, kitchen/diner and en-suite bathroom.
Each home can be personalised to reflect the individual’s preferences and personality, providing privacy, choice and a sense of ownership.
The self-contained design allows individuals to have their own space while still having access to personalised support when they need it.
Staff & Therapeutic Services
Bramley Apartments has a dedicated team of staff who are committed to providing personalised support that enables individuals to develop their confidence, skills and independence.
Staff work alongside each individual to understand their needs and aspirations and provide the appropriate level of support to help them achieve their goals. Staffing arrangements are tailored according to individual needs and may include one-to-one support or enhanced staffing where assessed as appropriate.
All staff are required to have a full DBS check before commencing employment and undergo a thorough induction process, including completion of their Care Certificate.
