Bramley Apartments

Supported Living

Opening Autumn 2026

Bramley Apartments will provide four individual, self-contained apartments in Boston, Lincolnshire, for adults aged 18+ who are autistic, have a learning disability and may have associated complex needs who are ready to develop greater independence within their own home, with personalised support.

Each apartment provides a private living environment, with its own bedroom, lounge, kitchen/diner and en-suite bathroom. Individuals can make their apartment their own, while accessing flexible support tailored to their needs, goals, and aspirations.

The service is designed to help people build confidence and practical life skills, from cooking and managing money to developing routines, accessing the community and taking part in meaningful activities.

Clover Farm Apartments

Children’s Solo Apartment Provision

Opening December 2026

Set in rural Lincolnshire, Clover Farm Apartments will provide two specialist residential and education pathways for children with complex needs, offering a choice of provision designed around each child’s individual needs, strengths and ability to engage with a shared school environment.

Young people can also enjoy the wider setting at their own pace, with access to our animal husbandry, home to Clover the pig, the inspiration behind the name Clover Farm Apartments, as well as eco pods, a playground and opportunities for outdoor learning.

Solo Apartments

Our Solo Apartments will provide children with their own bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchenette within a specialist residential environment. This model is designed for children who may find shared living environments challenging but are able to access education at Acacia School.

Children will have their own calm, low-arousal living space while accessing specialist education, therapeutic support and opportunities to develop their independence. The approach provides greater personal space and individualised support while maintaining the benefits of attending a specialist school alongside peers.

Bespoke Solo Apartment Provision

Our Bespoke Apartment packages will provide a fully self-contained residential and education offer for children whose needs mean they may be unable to access a shared classroom environment. Each larger apartment will provide an individual living space alongside highly personalised education delivered directly within the apartment.

This integrated approach brings residential care, education and therapeutic support together around the child, creating a calm and familiar environment with flexible teaching approaches and personalised routines. It is designed to reduce the barriers that a busy or shared classroom environment may create, while ensuring the child continues to receive meaningful educational and therapeutic input.

Interested in Clover Farm Apartments?

Clover Farm Apartments are now being developed and we are discussing potential placements for both the Solo Apartment and Bespoke Apartment pathways. Haverhill School

Specialist school for children aged 8 to 16

Opening January 2027*

Our new specialist school for children aged 8 to 16 who are autistic, have learning disabilities, or have other complex communication needs will provide a highly personalised learning environment for up to 45 pupils. With small class groups, high levels of specialist staff support and integrated therapeutic input, the school will enable every child to access education in a way that reflects their individual strengths, needs, interests and aspirations.

At Haverhill School, learning will be personalised around each pupil, helping them to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to live as independently as possible and work towards a fulfilling and meaningful future.

Our curriculum will focus on helping pupils with learning disabilities and complex needs discover and build on their unique strengths and talents. Alongside academic learning, pupils will develop functional communication, vocational and independent living skills, supported by a therapeutically informed approach that recognises the whole child.

Through this personalised approach, Haverhill School will create an environment where every pupil is understood, valued and supported to achieve their potential, develop greater independence and build the foundations for a positive future.
