Once again, we came together to celebrate something truly special – our people. The Kisimul Annual Awards Night was an unforgettable evening dedicated to recognising the exceptional talent, dedication and spirit of our teams, and this year’s theme was… The Great Gatsby.

Held at The Hilton, Lincoln, the event was a vibrant showcase of everything that makes our team extraordinary. From inspiring stories to well-earned recognition, it was a powerful reminder of the impact each of us has when we live our values and push boundaries.

The Awards

The Meaningful Life Award
This heartfelt award recognises someone who truly lives our purpose and positively impacts the lives of others, both in and outside the workplace. Their actions go beyond day-to-day responsibilities, making a lasting difference. Families nominated individuals and our services for their incredible work on providing a meaningful life for the individuals we support. An amazing reminder of the impact each of us has when we live our values and push boundaries to enable meaningful lives.

The Values Awards
Given to team members who consistently embody our company values; be yourself, grow together, and think forward, in everything they do. These individuals lead by example, inspire others, and help shape a culture we’re all proud to be part of.

The Rising Star Award
Celebrating emerging talent, this award goes to someone who has shown remarkable growth, potential and promise within their first year of being at Kisimul, or has stepped into a new role. A future leader in the making, they’re just getting started – and we can’t wait to see where they go!

Outstanding Achievement Award
Reserved for moments of true excellence, this award honours individuals or teams that delivered outstanding results, overcame challenges, or drove innovation that set a new benchmark.
