OUTSTANDING SUPPORT GIVEN AT OUR NEW SERVICE OLD ELMS

Set in an ideal location, Old Elms is our future Supported Living service, opening early in 2022. The newly-modernised and refurbished property is where we will provide outstanding support to six people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs, including behaviours of concern.

We are proud that everyone in the service will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills through an embedded approach which will promote them towards greater independence. It’s a place where individuals will be encouraged – with the help of a model of personal care and support – to develop a sense of ownership in their own house.

Activities within our services are tailored and bespoke, ensuring they are meaningful to everyone on an individual level, and are developed collaboratively with every person to align to their specific needs.

Based in Gamston, in the peaceful countryside between Nottingham and Lincoln and not far from the market town of Retford, the service is close to all local facilities, and easily accessible to major transport links, including the A1.
