Job title: Residential Support Worker
Description: Kisimul School is one of the leading Independent Residential Schools in the country for pupils with severe learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and Autism. We provide care and support to all our pupils and residents throughout the year on a 24 hour, 7 day a week rota. Therefore applicants must be caring people who enjoy team working.
Due to our expansion plans we are looking for some special individuals to join us as Full Time Residential Support Workers at one of our Lincolnshire sites or at our new school in Surrey which is opening shortly.
Hours are 38 a week on a rotating basis
Early Shift 7.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
Late Shift 2.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.
You do not have to have experience to work for us, just the right attitude to work.

NVQ Level 3

Career progression is actively promoted including progression to our senior teams
Salary: £14,000 to £19,000 dependent on experience
Annual leave: 30 days
